How to run a Stock on Hand Report

To run a Stock on Hand Report, navigate to the Reporting tab in TidyStock.

Scroll down to the Stock on Hand report with the code ST03. Click on run at the right-hand side.

A window will open with parameters to choose from. The report can be filtered by Material Category and/or location. There is also the option to include Unmanaged items in the report, however if you decide to backdate the report then you cannot see the stock level of Unmanaged items at that date.

The below snippet is of a particular material item on the report. The report shows the material items Code, Name, Unit Cost, Stock Level, Total Cost and the Location of the Material Item.
